Position OverviewThis is a temporary, full-time (40 hours/week) position to assist with administrative tasks in the Gender and Sexuality Center (GSC) during the search process for a permanent, full-time GSC Assistant Director. The hourly wage for this position is $21.00.
Department OverviewThe GSC creates a dynamic campus community that supports and celebrates sexual and gender diversity. To accomplish this, the GSC hosts events, programs, and workshops and offers resources and support on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender non-binary, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, and other marginalized identities (LGBTQIA+). The GSC works with other campus organizations and offices to strengthen and sustain an inclusive campus community that promotes gender equality and awareness and welcomes people of all sexual orientations and gender identities and gender expressions.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities
Supervision Received and Exercised:The position will be supervised by and work closely with the Director of the Gender and Sexuality Center. The position will provide some oversight to 10 part-time student staff, although primary supervision of student staff will be provided by the Director of the GSC.

Preferred QualificationsCurrent experience with Google Suite and Dropbox.
