Position Overview:The Program Director for Career Leadership serves as a primary career coach for first- and second-year students, plus responsibilities for encouraging peer-to-peer learning through overseeing, managing, and leading the Student Career Assistant (SCA) program. Develop and administer programming and resources that encourage student career exploration, skill building, and eventual transition into appropriate career cluster(s). Plan and lead career development initiatives and workshops to guide students through early college career processes including major declaration, experiential learning, and summer experience opportunities. Support and encourage students exploring majors and careers from all class years.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all aspects of the Student Career Assistant (SCA) program, including:

Assess and analyze the SCA, Gettysburg, and mentoring programs to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
