Position Overview
This is a temporary, full-time position to support administrative work and special projects for the Office of Health Promotion.

Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support (e.g., maintaining office space and supply inventory, staffing office)
  • Serve as initial point of contact for visitors
  • Assist with event/activities coordination (e.g., scheduling, purchasing supplies, ordering food)

Additional Responsibilities
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Experience providing general office, clerical, or administrative support
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Word Press
  • Writing Skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Salary and Benefits:
This is a non-exempt level position. The selected finalist’s hourly wage will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, internal pay structure, and our overall compensation package.
