OverviewCarleton College, a highly selective liberal arts college, seeks to hire a Head Women's Volleyball Coach at the assistant professor level in the Physical Education, Athletics and Recreation (PEAR) Department to lead and direct all phases of a successful and competitive NCAA Division III program. This non-tenure track, faculty position combines head coaching responsibility for volleyball with teaching in an activity-based physical education program. Carleton College aims to hire those that share our college values of excellence in education, multiculturalism and service to society. We aspire to hire a coach that will invest in the success and holistic wellbeing of our entire student-athlete population and provide a highly competitive athletic experience for the students we serve. We are particularly interested in candidates committed to teaching a diverse student body. This is a full-time, twelve month position reporting to the Chair of PEAR / Athletics Director. Some evening and weekend hours are required.
