Infectious Disease Lead & Advanced Practice Practitioner
The Infectious Disease Lead & Advanced Practice Practitioner provides leadership and direction related to infectious disease planning, coordination, and response at Carleton. They will work within existing emergency management and infectious disease structures, and enhance and/or create new structures that will make more efficient Carleton’s ability to manage future pandemics.
Associate Director, Student Activities & New Student Orientation
The Associate Director of Student Activities & New Student Orientation is responsible for the administration implementation, and assessment of student development programs designed to foster student engagement in a welcoming and inclusive campus community of approximately 2,000 undergraduate students and 225 student organizations.

Associate Chaplain for Muslim & Interfaith Life
The Associate Chaplain for Muslim and Interfaith Life will work closely with the other chaplaincy staff, providing religious, programmatic, and educational resources to Muslim students and the entire College community. The Muslim Chaplain will help to promote interfaith life for all on campus, contributing to its on-going strength and development by serving as: a religious leader, community builder, educator, supervisor, and program coordinator for religion and spirituality.
Temporary Counselor
Carleton College invites applicants for the position of Temporary Counselor (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC), which is a flexible schedule, temporary position (generally October – mid June). Temporary counselors are paid hourly, at the rate of $45/hour. This is a non-benefit earning position. Counselor provides therapy services to students of Carleton College. Student Health and Counseling hours of operation are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Temporary Administrative Assistant
This position includes coordinating patient and provider schedules, electronic health record file management, and office organization. It requires the ethical management of confidential medical and mental health records. This position provides reception and administrative support for the multidisciplinary staff of Student Health and Counseling including the director, therapists, advanced practice medical providers, graduate counselors, dietitian and psychiatric nurse practitioner.

This position is 40 hours/week for 10 months, with an additional 2 weeks off-contract in the month of December.

This position will evaluate emerging technologies and promote and develop pilots and projects from start through assessment. The Administrative Assistant position will aid the Office's initiatives in supporting international and global nomad students with their successful transition to and engagement at Carleton College. As part of the office of International Student Life, this position will aid in supporting programs, office logistics and providing services to the approximately 200 - 250 international students and global nomads at Carleton. This is a full - time temporary position.
Assistant Director of International Student Life
The Assistant Director of International Student Life is responsible for working with student staff for the continued implementation of comprehensive student life programs and services on immigration, travel, U.S. logistics, global diversity, cross-cultural programming, cultural sensitivity, and other current Higher Education topics.

Area Director
The Area Director is a live-in staff member who works with the staff and students to develop a comfortable living and learning environment and assists individuals with their personal development. As a member of the Residential Life Staff within the Division of Student Life, the Area Director will serve in many capacities including the roles of a community builder, educator, adviser, supervisor, and administrator. In these roles the Area Director helps to shape the quality of the residential experience for the students.
Office Coordinator - temporary
Working under the Director of College Communications for External Relations, the temporary part-time Office Coordinator oversees and manages all office procedures and operations for the Office of College Communications. This position provides administrative assistance for the Director of College Communications for External Relations and also helps to serve the administrative needs of the departments within College Communications: Creative Strategy, College Events, and Digital Strategy and Public Affairs.

Assistant Director, Gender & Sexuality Center
The Assistant Director of the Gender and Sexuality Center (GSC) reports to and works collaboratively with the Director to support the mission, vision and guiding principles of the GSC. The Assistant Director will work with the Director to implement comprehensive student life programming relating to gender and sexuality, specifically centering LGBTQIA+ identities and issues affecting those communities. The Assistant Director of the GSC serves as a direct resource to students, staff, and faculty. The Assistant Director manages the GSC office space, GSC-affiliated residential programming, and the GSC Programming Board.
