Custodian
Custodians do a variety of cleaning and disinfecting within their assigned buildings/areas to maintain a clean, safe work environment for the campus community. This is a full-time union staff position.
Sexual Violence Prevention Coordinator
The Sexual Violence Prevention Coordinator will support Sexual Misconduct Prevention & Response efforts to foster a working, learning and living environment that is free from sex-based discrimination, particularly sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and other forms of harassment. In addition to facilitating all current sexual violence prevention efforts, the position will also coordinate strategic planning for new programming, and assist with training and response to sexual misconduct.
Director of Planned Giving
The Director of Planned Giving is responsible for working with individual donors, providing support to other members of the Development staff, and managing, with oversight from the Senior Director of Major and Planned Giving, the marketing and management of Carleton's planned giving program. The person in this position will have two .50 FTE direct reports. Additionally, they will be expected to work with our Legal Counsel, the Major Gifts team, and the Milestone Reunions group.
Assistant Professor of Spanish
The Department of Spanish at Carleton College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Spanish beginning September 1, 2022. Required qualifications: PhD in a relevant field; commitment to undergraduate teaching; demonstrated excellence in language teaching at all levels; ability to teach literature and culture in both Spanish and English; native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English; strong research credentials and a promising scholarly agenda.
Content Specialist
The Content Specialist works as part of the Science Education Resource Center (SERC) web team at Carleton College to support projects fostering STEM learning, and to develop and deploy professional development programming, develop new and improve existing websites, and assist in education research and evaluation projects lead by people at SERC and partner institutions.
Investment Analyst
Reporting to the Director of Investments, the Investment Analyst will be an integral member of the Carleton College Investment Office team. The Investment Analyst will provide support on a number of investment activities and certain operational tasks.
Accessibility Specialist
The Accessibility Specialist will promote access to the Carleton curricular, co-curricular, residential, and campus employment opportunities for students with disabilities. The Accessibility Specialist maintains a caseload of students with disabilities, conducts the interactive process, reviews assessment reports and documentation from providers, determine and communicate accommodations, provide coaching and support to students with disabilities.
Area Director
The Area Director is a live-in staff member who works with the staff and students to develop a comfortable living and learning environment and assists individuals with their personal development. As a member of the Residential Life Staff within the Division of Student Life, the Area Director will serve in many capacities including the roles of a community builder, educator, adviser, supervisor, and administrator. In these roles the Area Director helps to shape the quality of the residential experience for the students. The Department of Residential Life supports the educational goals of the students and the mission of the college. Administrative Assistant

Lighting Production Manager
The Lighting Production Manager is responsible for supervising the lighting in all spaces of the Weitz Center for Creativity and other venues of the College. The Lighting Production Manager will work with a wide spectrum of academic departments and college offices to technically support performances and events in line with the goals of the Weitz Center.
Academic Technologist
This entry level position in central IT is situated in two main areas of Academic Technology:  the learning management system (LMS) and the digital presence platform Carleton offers students, faculty and staff.  In this position, the candidate will help administer and maintain the LMS and its use by faculty through ensuring ongoing stability, regular updates, and custom solutions for innovative use of the system.  In addition, this position will manage users, digital spaces, and databases in the digital presence platform primarily Wordpress-based but also including other tools like Omeka or Scalar to allow for flexible digital presence design.

Chaplain's Office Coordinator
The Chaplains' Office Coordinator carries out the work of the Office of the Chaplain on and off campus. The person in this role is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support. The office coordinator is often the first point of contact with the Office of the Chaplain.
Academic Civic Engagement & Scholarship Coordinator
The Academic Civic Engagement & Scholarship Coordinator position supports the implementation of the CCCE’s academic civic engagement and engaged scholarship through coordinating logistics and operations. This position is responsible for a range activities including academic civic engagement (ACE) course logistics, participatory and community-based scholarship, and faculty development pertaining to the above. This role will work in close collaboration with the professional staff leading center programming and will be supervised by the Associate Director.
