Director of TRIO/SSS
Carleton College invites applications for a Director of TRIO/Student Support Services (SSS) to contribute to the overall goals of the College by supporting a comprehensive and co-curricular program for students. This is a .92 FTE position, working full-time hours with time off during student breaks while meeting the needs of students and administration. This is a long-term, benefits-eligible position, grant-funded through September 2025.
Network Administrator
The successful candidate for the Network Administrator will work collaboratively as part of the Systems & Infrastructure sub-group of Information Technology Services (ITS). This group provides design, installation, troubleshooting and user support for campus servers, storage and network infrastructure. The campus network includes wired and wireless infrastructure and authentication to those services. The candidate should have basic hardware, networking, and infrastructure knowledge. Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to communicate about technology issues and attention to detail is required.
Associate Chaplain for Christian and Interfaith Life

The Events Coordinator coordinates all events and related technology (resources) at Carleton College. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with reunion registration, responding to registration questions, and supporting the overall mission of the office, which is to reconnect alumni with each other and the College and to encourage and support useful and active stewardship of all alumni. High level of comfort with autonomy required, as well as confidence in making independent decisions and in prompting staff for necessary input.
Administrative Assistant in Residential Life
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Office of Residential Life, specifically the Director, Associate Director, and Area Director staff. This includes answering phones, processing incoming correspondence, scheduling appointments / meetings, and maintaining both paper and electronic office files This position is a member of the central office staff leadership team and also serves in a crucial customer service role.
